3 The Avenue

Here we were called to a leak that had appeared on downstairs kitchen ceiling that was coming from bathroom upstairs. The amount of water appearing on downstairs ceiling was quite substantial, So we hacked off existing tiles, put EML sheeting on the walls that were structurally poor due to cracks in the walls, and rendered the walls with a sand and cement mix, re-tiled the bathroom, installed a new electric shower and screen and changed all taps to bath and sink.

13 browning Avenue

Ripped out existing kitchen and making safe all electrics, gas and plumbing. Installed all the electrics to suit the new kitchen plan also adding in some more lighting. Re-routing any plumbing works that needed to be positioned to suit new kitchen layout. Plastered all the walls and ceiling. Then we installed a new Wren kitchen picked by our client with our help of manufacturers. Self- levelled the floor and finished the floor with 600 by 600 glossy tiles. Installed new set of sliding doors that lead out into the garden.

55 the cottages

This was a like for like swap renovating their new bathroom to be let out. Took out the existing bathroom suite and hacked off old tiles, replaced with new square looking bath, vanity unit and toilet. Re-tiled the bathroom to a new height with a new modern look.

131 Woodcote Valley Road

Here we fitted all kitchens and bathrooms also the tiling to each bathroom, in all 8 flats and installed the electrics to all 8 flats following our property developers’ instructions, detail and drawings.

112A Brighton Road

This was a full refurbishment we did, starting from ripping everything old and re-instating a new bathroom, kitchen, plastering throughout. Leaving the electrics and plumbing as it met NIC EIC regulations and client was happy with positions of everything, apart from the new electrics in the kitchen we installed for the new kitchen layout and plumbing for the new bathroom layout. Tiled the the kitchen and bathroom walls and floor. Re-decorated the property and finish with carpet in the lounge, bedrooms and hallway.

134 Chipstead Valley Road

Here we did a list of repairs internal and external as shown in the photos, including putting in a RSG (steel) in between the living and dining room as the house was crumbling and subsiding due to no RSG being installed when the works were done. Fortunately we got there in time and was able to rectify this and do other repairs such as plastering, roofing & guttering, damp internal wall, a suspended kitchen ceiling taken down and replaced to its original height, decking replaced in the garden, Then we re-decorated the place with a white finish throughout.
